Savera Lemongrass Oil is extracted through a steam distillation process from the organic Lemongrass (Botanical Name: Cymbopogon citratus) from Savera Farm. Its 100% pure essential oil and its chemical properties include myrcene, citronellal, geranyl acetate, nerol, geraniol, neral and traces of limonene and citral.
Precautions:
Never apply pure Lemongrass oil directly on the skin, instead dilute it with a carrier oil like coconut or almond oil (starting from 1:4 to a maximum of 1:1 ratio)
It’s always better to first test if you are allergic by diluting 1 drop in 4 drops of a carrier oil and applying this blend to a small area of skin that is not sensitive
Don’t apply it near the eyes, inner nose, and ears, or on any other particularly sensitive areas.
Do not inhale Lemongrass oil directly from the bottle. Use a diffuser or vaporizer instead.
