Organic Plain Curry Leaves Powder

Ingredients : Shade-dried Curry Leaves. We cultivate curry leaves from our zero-till regenerative orchard. The nutrition in the soil and therefore in the produce from our farm is beyond the standards set by organic certification.
Uses : Plain curry leaves powder can be used as a replacement for fresh curry leaves in tadkas. It can also be used to make karvepilai kuzhambu, கறிவேப்பிலை குழம்பு, a sesame oil based paste used in South Indian cuisine. Curry leaves powder is also a great addition to morning kaadhas, kashayam, herbal drinks.
This powder can be boiled in coconut oil and applied to the hair. Curry leaves are known to moisturize the scalp, remove dead hair follicles. They are also instrumental in preventing hair loss and thinning of hair.
