Pepper Kuzhambu Podi - Homemade - 100 Gm

Pigeon Pea, Black Pepper by Kaani Tribe, Coriander Seeds, Red Chillies, Tamarind, Curry Leaves
How to prepare Pepper Kuzhambu
1. In a kadai add, 3-4 tbsp of sesame oil
2. Add mustard seeds and urad dal and let it splutter
3. Add a handful of garlic. This adds great flavour to the Kuzhambu but it is optional if you don't like garlic.
4. Take 4-5tbsp of Pepper Kuzhambu podi, mix it with two cups of water.
5. Once the garlic is fried, add the Kuzhambu mix. Add required salt.
6. Let this mixture boil well for 10-15 mins. Oil will start oozing on the sides.
7. Switch off and garnish with another spoon of sesame oil.
Pepper Kuzhambu ready! This stays good for a couple of days. Mix this with hot rice, ghee and devour!
