Kashmiri Black Masala Beans ( Warimuth ) - Organically Grown - 500 Gm

Staples

Locally known as Wari Muth or Masala Dal, these lentils make the most famous street food in Kashmir! The dal is rich in protein and a treat to the taste buds. The best way to retain its protein is to pressure cook it till it is left soft and dry and then sprinkle some salt and pepper. It is relished as a snack and served with a Kashmiri bread, naan or roti. You can also use any Rajma bean recipes with this by replacing the rajma with these beans. They are soft, creamy and take on the flavour of the ingredients of a dish.

Among other benefits, black beans may help strengthen bones and lower blood pressure.
