Ingredients for Thalipeeth Bhajani (Flour):
Whole wheat, Jowar, Bajari, Ragi, Soyabean, and few pulses like Moong, Chawli are roasted on slow fire. Curry leaves and coriander seeds are roasted and powdered and added for enhanced taste.
The BHAJANI is easy for digestion and full of nutrition. This makes a high protein breakfast option.
About Mridgandha Farm:
I (Mrs. Priya Bendrey) was born and brought up on a farm near Pune Maharashtra, in a farmers family. I finished my Masters in Law and pursued my hobby_ Arts/ Paintings as a career. The journey to farming was a bit natural and obvious one for me. I started farming 4,5 years back incorporating natural ways. It was in a very small scale then and soil has welcomed and accepted me now. I am growing vegetables, grains and pulses supplying my produce directly to customers.
The soil has become my soul now!!
