Vangibath Podi - Homemade - 200 gm

Vangibath is traditional and authentic eggplant rice recipe from karnataka or kannada cuisine. Prepare an authentic and tasty egg plant rice with Mrtsna Vangibath podi
Ingredients: Urad dal,Gram aal,Coriander seeds,Red chilli ,Nutmeg ,Mace,Clove ,Cinnamon ,Cardamom ,Fenugreek
Directions for cooking:
1)Cook one cup of rice and keep aside.
2)Add 4tbsp of oil to kadai with mustard, urad daal, channa daal and red chillies.
3)Cut brinjal, capsicum, and potato 1 inched along with green peas and add it to the kadai along with salt and turmeric powder.
4)Close the kadai with a lid and let it cook for 10 minutes.
5)Add 4tbsp of Mrtsna's vangibath powder with little tamarind pulp to the mixture and leave it for 5minutes.
6)Add 2tbsp grated dry coconut .
7)Cool down the mixture and add the pre cooked rice and mix it well.Heat and serve hot.
