Our seasonal South Indian style Tomato Thokku is a tangy, mildly spiced, umami relish made with fresh organic naati tomatoes.
No preservatives, no added flavors, no thickeners, or anything that our grandmothers didn’t use in their kitchens.
100% Organic Ingredients: Tomatoes, Cold-Pressed Sesame Oil, Pink Salt, Tamarind, Jaggery, Gunter Chillies, Methi, Mustard, Curry Leaves, Hing.
Shelf Life: 3 months under refrigeration
Storage Instructions: Please keep refrigerated.
Packed in recyclable glass jars
Instructions for use: Remove cap. Smell it. Stop drooling. Mix well and scoop out a dollop of it onto your plate. Have it with roti, rice, or on top of our whole grain breads, buns, baked nippats, as part of a dip, or even as a salad dressing, or just as is (if you can handle the spice).
