Chempotty Estate
All Spice Berry - Natural - 50 GM
Staples
Allspice berry, also known as Kabab Chini, combines the flavours of cinnamon, nutmeg and clove.
It is used all over the world in stews, meat dishes, tomato sauce, pickling, curry powders, cakes and beauty products.
Fresh, green berries are handpicked and sun-dried to retain maximum flavour. I used it to bake a yummilicious, cashew- berry cake.
