Usage: This freshest of unoxidized whole leaf loose tea leaves tend to exhibit a glowing green color with an undiluted fruity aroma unique to Kangra Green Tea that travels to the back of your mouth with a sweet undertone. Mid-mornings & early evenings are the most suggested times of the day to enjoy it.
Steep it for at least 2 to 3 minutes for the first infusion & an additional 45 seconds for every subsequent infusion, up to 4 infusions. Ideal brewing temperature is c. 80o Celsius i.e. well below the boiling point to avoid burning of green tea leaves and to conserve its health benefits.
Keep the infused tea leaves in an airtight jar refrigerated for later infusions preferably the same day.
