This kasuri methi is made from freshly harvested certified organic methi leaves from our farm. The leaves are carefully picked, cleaned and naturally dried in small batches to ensure quality and nutrition. Kasuri methi, known for its wellness properties, is generally used in Indian cooking.
For health purposes, you can prepare the following drink and consume it early in the morning and throughout the day:
1 liter of drinking water
1 teaspoon of kasuri methi
1 teaspoon of jeera
Add the above ingredients, boil for 15-20 minutes, add 1 teaspoon of honey and consume the drink early in the morning and throughout the day.
