Red Rice Puttu Flour - Organic - 1 Kg

Puttu flour
- Roasted red rice is powdered and packed.
Puttu Red rice flour made from Kaadu Organics Red rice.
Ingredients:
Red Rice Flour - 2 cups
Freshly Grated Coconut - 1 cup
Salt to taste
Warm Water - 1 cup
Steps:
1. Mix salt with warm water.
2. Take flour in a bowl. Add warm water little by little and mix well. The mixture should be wet and crumbly.
3. Take puttu maker. Place coconut in the base and top with rice flour mix and top with more coconut and rice flour.
4. Place in steamer and cook for 10 mins.
5. Un mould and serve.

For the past 5 years chemical free farming is practiced at this farm and it is scope certified under TNOCD. Natural farming techniques like intercropping, regular use of jeevamrutham, cow dung, buttermilk solution, panchagavya are followed at farm.
