This paneer is made on the day delivery with organic milk from Gir Cows. The paneer is so fresh, it is a different experience as compared to commercially available paneer processed using chemical coagulants. We do not use any chemical in our paneer making process.
We recommend keep this refrigerated as soon as you receive the package and use it within one week. You could use this paneer for Indian cooking or just sauté it with vegetables and spices.
