COOKING INSTRUCTION
For 1 cup of Millet Idli Mix, add 1% of water, mix well until you get a thick smooth batter without a lump. Let the batter soak for 10 minutes.
Grease the Idli mould with edible oil/ghee. Pour batter into the idli mould. Steam cook for 12-15 minutes on medium flame.
Serve hot with chutney/curry/sambar.
