It’s creamy, nutty, and mysteriously delicious — the kind of hummus that looks like someone went over to the dark side (IYKYK) but somehow goes perfectly on our toasted beetroot bread (or carrot sticks, if that’s what you prefer) and does your body a lot of good!
Made with our signature SproutOG no-nonsense method: whole, sprouted chole, real ingredients made in house from scratch, no preservatives, no shortcuts, no nonsense. Just good food, done right.
A little process peek of the heroes in the hummus: Black sesame slow roasted and ground into a tahini → slow-cooked sprouted chickpeas → extra virgin olive oil → fresh lemon → mountain garlic.
Whipped till silky, brooding, and dangerously scoopable.
Ingredients:
Chickpeas, Black Sesame, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Garlic, Himalayan Pink Salt.
