Our premium aromatic rice is a short-bold variety, cultivated organically by Petrichor on our 10-acre farm in Muthanga, Wayanad. In addition to this variety, we grow 10 other premium and rare types of rice. This polished, raw rice is versatile and can be cooked plain, but is particularly recommended for making Biryani, ghee rice, and Upma. It's a healthier alternative to basmati and jasmine rice, thanks to its high fiber content and natural oils. The rice's distinctive aroma makes it a popular choice for special occasions like wedding feasts.
